Description

This award is for a new four year sole source contract for Program Years 1 - 4 requirements for the manufacture and delivery of Air-to-Ground Missile System (AGMS) that include HELLFIRE II Missiles and Joint Air-to-Ground Missiles (JAGM) in containers in support of US Army, US Navy, US Air Force, special customers and various foreign military sales customers.� The effort is to procure AGMS requirements that include a maximum quantity of 8,000 missiles per year.� Additionally, the contract consists of HELLFIRE and JAGM Guidance Sections, Quality Assurance Lot Verification Test Support, Government Furnished Property Maintenance, Non-Recurring Engineering Support for New Missile Models, Government Furnished Equipment Storage, Last Time Buy Material, Electromechanical Control Actuation System Ramp-up.� The contract consists of a base year and three one-year option periods.�� This contract action was not awarded competitively.� The contract was awarded on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. Section 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, ""Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements"".��
