Description
This announcement is total small business acquisition to provide Remedial Repair, Nacogdoches County, Texas. Total Small Business set-aside. Place of Performance: Nacogdoches County, Texas The North American Industrial Classification System code is 237990, which has a size standard of $45 million. A firm-fixed-price contract is anticipated under sealed bidding procedures FAR Part 14. To be eligible for contract award, a firm must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Register via the SAM Internet site at https://www.sam.gov/.�No state level certifications will be accepted. PROJECT INFORMATION:� The estimated magnitude for this firm fixed price construction contract is between $100,000 and $250,000.� This solicitation was previously issued under solicitation number 12FPC323B0002 and is being resolicited under solicitation number 12FPC323B0005. Repair a leak that was discovered in the reinforced concrete riser of Attoyac Bayou Watershed Floodwater Retarding Structure Site No. 21, near Appleby, in Nacogdoches County, Texas. The remedial repair will consist of dewatering the reservoir, inspecting the riser, and riser scour apron and removing and replacing all low-density areas of concrete by saw cutting, forming, and patching with bonding mortar, dry pack mortar, low shrink grout, or shotcrete depending upon the size of each repair area discovered.
