Description: 319 CONS intends to sole source the StressVest X requirement directly to Setcan due to the trademarked propreirty system that they provide. In addition the USG has determined that Setcan is the sole provider of this system that is authorized to sell this product to to the United States Governement. The purpose of this notice is to make the Government's intention in this matter public. If there is any reason this requirement should not be sole sourced, due to incorrect information discovered during market research, please reach out to the POCs listed on this SAM Posting.�
