Description

The Regional Contracting Office-Marine Corps Installations West (RCO-MCIWEST) is seeking information from industry regarding air show director and airfield operations services in support of the Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Yuma AZ Air Show. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) NOTICE ONLY. THE RCO-MCIWEST WILL NOT BE COMMITTED TO CONTRACT FOR ANY SERVICE AS A RESULT OF THIS RFI NOTICE. INTERESTED VENDORS SHALL NOT ASSUME THAT A SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED BY THE RCO-MCIWEST AS A RESULT OF THIS RFI NOTICE. Description of Requirement The contractor shall provide sufficient quantities and types of trained, qualified, or certified Contractor personnel as requested by the Government to perform the required tasks for each service type described in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the Yuma Airshow 2024, Airshow Director/S-3 Airfield Operations Division, located at Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Yuma, AZ. The RCO-MCIWEST is trying to determine the availability of companies registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), that can provide the services in the attached PWS. If a solicitation is issued, it will contain more detailed information to allow vendors to prepare a quote. THIS IS ONLY AN RFI. Response Guidelines Interested vendors should respond to this RFI via e-mail with information included in the body of the e-mail. Responses shall be sent to Master Sergeant Ariel Pena at ariel.pena@usmc.mil. The deadline to submit responses is June 2, 2023 at 12:00 pm Pacific Standard Time (PST). Questions Questions regarding this RFI shall be submitted via e-mail to Master Sergeant Ariel Pena at ariel.pena@usmc.mil. The RCO-MCIWEST does not guarantee that questions submitted after May 19, 2023, 12:00 pm PST will be answered. DISCLAIMER: This RFI is not a Request for Quote (RFQ) and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Responses will not be considered as quotes nor will any award be made as a result of this notice. The Government does not intend to pay for information received in response to this RFI. Responders to this RFI are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. This RFI will be the basis for collecting information on capabilities available. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes. Responses to this RFI are not quotes or proposals and, therefore, cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
