AMENDMENT 0002 - Removes Small Business Set-Aside.� Adds FAR clause 52.219-4 Notice of Price Evaluation Preference f or HUBZone Small Business Concerns, and removes FAR clause 52.219-6 Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside.�Signature is required in order for submitalls to be considered ""responsive"".� AMENDMENT 0001 - Extended Solicitation to 5/10/2023 1:00PM PST and updates language in the Statement of Work. Signature is required in order for submitalls to be considered ""responsive"".� � PROCUREMENT SYNOPSIS Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division (NUWC) Keyport is soliciting for Deionized Water System Equipment Installation (Qty one (1) Job) and Equipment Lease (Qty 12 Months) with four (4) Options Years of Equipment Leasing. This requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial Items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-C9. The solicitation, issued as request for quotation (RFQ) N0025323Q0055, is attached to this announcement. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561990 and has a size standard of $16,500,00.00. Offerors are required to provide FOB Destination pricing to NUWC Keyport, WA 98345-7610. Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached solicitation, which is required to be completely filled out and returned in whole before the solicitation closes. All questions regarding this solicitation should be submitted in writing as soon as practicable after receipt of solicitation no later than 3 business days prior to the solicitation closes. Failure to complete the following may render an offer nonresponsive and result in rejection. Company quote forms will NOT be accepted. All quote information must be included in the RFQ document. The government terms and conditions (T&C�s) listed in this solicitation are required by law through the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and the Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFAR). It is preferred that company T&C�s not be included with your quote submittal as many company T&C�s are inconsistent with federal law and unenforceable. Provisions and clauses in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Circulars are included in the solicitation.
