Description

PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, firm fixed price contract with Thermmax Scientific, Address:� 315 W ST RD,�Warminster, Pennsylvania� 18974, United States�for the purpose of procuring a service contract (base plus 4 option years) to provide four (4) quarterly Preventive Maintenance visits, 48 hour Priority response, and annual Temperature Calibration on seven (7) walk-in THERMMAX refrigerated cold rooms. The system was designed, built, and programmed by THERMMAX as a reconfiguration in FY 2020, and all system parameters, system programming, and system software are unique and proprietary to THERMMAX. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interests and/or capabilities statement to this requirement by contacting Contracting Officer Robert Bass via email only at rmbass@fbi.gov, no later than June 9, 2023 at 12:01 am, eastern EDT.� Responses sent via other means (i.e. via telephone call, facsimile transmission, etc.) or after the deadline will not be considered. Information received will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is at the discretion of the Government.
