Description: Notice of Availability: �Eglin Air Force Base (AFB), FL, has received a request from the City of Niceville, a local municipal government agency, for renewal of their lease.� The 96th Test Wing Facilities Board gave conceptual approval to the prospective Lessee.� The Lessee will pay fair market value for the parcel which is to be used for the purposes of operating and maintaining a public park and recreational area for the joint benefit of the Air Force and the public, and no other use.� Notice is hereby given in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2667 (h)(1)(a).�
