Description

This is a Special Notice.� The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Remote Catering Solutions, for catering services. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government�s requirement detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency.� The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order.� A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� The acquisition will be conducted through FAR Part 13 �Simplified Acquisition Procedures�.� A redacted version of the approved Sole Sources Documentation is attached to this notice.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 722320.� The business size standard is $8,000,000.� The notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation.� A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available.� Closing date for submitting a capability statement is May 15,2023 @ 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time.� All submissions should be submitted electronically to Lori.A.Love@dea.gov.
