Description

1.Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: The 19th Contracting Squadron (CONS) �Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas 72099, intends to award on a sole-source basis a contract to Chateau on the Lake, Missouri. Based on current market research the Chateau on the Lake is the only hotel/resort that meets the required lake front access to Table Rock Lake and lodging capacity, for the specific services and amenities therefore, making them the only source capable of fulfilling this requirement. 2.THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
