- UPDATE 5/18/23:� Please reference attached Amendment P00001 for this requirement. The NAICS code & evaluation criteria/Basis for Award has been updated to reflect the vital importance for a qualified electrical contractor versus a concrete contractor. Please reference the SOW for specific project requirements. The site visit has also been moved from Wednesday, 24 May / 1000 AM to Thursday, 25 May / 1000 AM. Please send any questions/concerns to Christina.Shorkey.1@us.af.mil� � �� Contractor shall provide all material, labor, equipment, and supervision required to build a concrete pad for a three-phase oil-filled transformer at Stratton ANGB, Scotia, NY IAW the attached SOW, dated 24 April 2023.� Pease note that a firm-fixed priced contract is anticipated and is subject to the Davis Bacon Act. Wage Determination NY20230002, dated Feb 24, 2023 is applicable. Please reference section 00100 Bidding Schedule/Instruction to Bidders in the attached solicitation for submission requirements and evaluation criteria. A site visit will be held on Thursday, May 25, 2023 / 10:00 AM EST. See Solicitation for further details.
