Description

This is a Special Notice. The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), intends to award a sole source Purchase Order to Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America (CADCA) pursuant to FAR 13.302, Purchase Orders. All communication regarding this posting shall be in writing and received on or before 10:00 am (ET) May 26, 2023 Point of contact is Naomi Collier Naomi.S.Collier@dea.gov. The proposed order is for CADCA mid year for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America (CADCA) 625 Slaters Lane, Suite 300, Alexandria, VA 22314. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611430. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to�competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
