- This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term contract for FSC 1560 Gen Shroud Assembly.� A total of 1 NSN is targeted for this contract effort.� This solicitation is to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for NSN 1560-008299365.� The proposed contract will be for a total 5-year period of performance.� This is a FAR 15 effort.� The below NSN has been identified for this current action.� If other NSNs are subsequently added, as defined by the terms of the contract, they will be synopsized separately. NSN 1560-008299365 SHROUD ASSEMBLY, GEN Estimated Annual Demand Qty � 28 each Minimum Delivery Order Quantity � 7 each Maximum Delivery Order Quantity � 28 each I/A/W Drawing NR 81205 35-8607 Revision NR H�� DTD 09/24/1975 Part Piece Number: 35-8607-509 Full and Open Competition after exclusion of sources apply. This is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside and only offers from SDVOSBs will be considered. FOB: Destination I/A: Origin This is Critical Application Item and Export Control Restrictions apply.� Item cited requires data which is restricted to contractors certified by DoD to access unclassified data per DoD 5220.22M.� Certification is obtained by submitting DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, to the Defense Logistics Information Services.� A Digital Mylar and Government First Article Testing (FAT) apply as well. Delivery is 330 days for the First Article Samples, 150 days for Testing and Evaluation, and 400 days for the Production Quantity for a Total Required Delivery of 880 days. SURGE does not apply to this procurement. Ship to will be CONUS stock locations, as specified on the Delivery Order. Best value selection methods will be used.� Pricing will be evaluated using the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD).� This solicitation includes DLAD Procurement Note L09, Reverse Auction.� A Reverse Auction�may be conducted online, and you must register your company at dla.procurexinc.com in order to participate. Suppliers are encouraged to access Procurex to self-register and review the available training to learn how to participate in an auction. Suppliers who do not self-register will be loaded into Procurex by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Aviation.
