- Description
- Non-personal services contract to provide Base Operation and Support Services for the U.S. Army�Garrison Bavaria Military Communities: Tower Barracks Grafenw�hr, Rose Barracks Vilseck, Hohenfels and�Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Contractor shall perform to the standards specified against Performance Work�Statement (PWS). Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities,�transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary as defined in this PWS. The Contractor is responsible for providing all parts required for Preventive Maintenance Orders�(PMOs) and all repair parts required for Demand Maintenance Orders (DMOs). Annual maintenance, repairs and recurring safety inspections on personnel and�freight elevators within the USAG Bavaria Military Communities.��Various types of inspections, prev'entative maintenance and inspection on USAG door systems for US Army Garrison Bavaria Military Community TB Grafenwoehr, Hohenfels, Garmisch and Vilseck.� Services are mandatory�to keep the doors and gates in a reliable state of functionality. Without periodic maintenance and recurring�safety inspections, gates and doors are at risk of failure and malfunctions and will cause further expensive�damages and repairs as well as cause a high-risk impact on mission and safety to life. The Contractor shall provide services on a call or�scheduled basis at the following USAG Bavaria Military Communities: - Tower Barracks Grafenwoehr (TB), - Rose Barracks Vilseck (RB), - Hohenfels (HOH), - Garmisch-Partenkirchen (GAP). The Contractor shall provide management and supervision, technical personnel, supplies, facilities,�transportation, tools, general and specialized equipment, electronically communication equipment, all�conventional and special measurement devices, scaffolds, lifting platforms all parts and materials and other�items necessary to perform services as described in the PWS and associated contract documents.
