Description: PROPOSED SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT ACTION: The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority ofï¿½10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The O_HL/PZABA, Hill AFB Utah, intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a one-time, solesource, firm-fixed-price contract for T-38 Wingtips for the T-38 airframe (NSNsï¿½1560015272195XEï¿½andï¿½1560015272194XE) to the OEM/Design Authority and the only qualified manufacturer listed on the Qualified Manufacturer List (QML): Northrup Grumman Corporation Systems Corporation (79U29); Adress: 1412 Legend Hills Dr. Ste 210, Clearfeild, UT 84015, United States. The government reserves the right to not make an award at all. The government does not own the technical data to these parts. The technical data is owned by Northrup Grumman Corp. All interested parties may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.ï¿½The attached documents constitute all the detailed item information available to interested parties. This Presolicitation is notice for a Sole Source Solicitation, which will be issued in early June or soon thereafter.
