The responses to this announcement will be used for informational purposes only to determine the nature of competition available among industry. A limited competition pool may be established as a result of responses received from this announcement. As such, interested vendors are highly encouraged to respond to this announcement to ensure their interest is made known to the FAA. At this time the nature of the competition and acquisition strategy has not yet been determined. This announcement has been posted for market research purposes only. The FAA is soliciting statements of interest, capabilities, and rough orders of magnitude (ballpark cost estimates) for budgetary purposes at this time. This is not a request for proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals currently. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey. Therefore, any cost associated with the market survey submission is solely at the interested vendor�s expense. The FAA contemplates awarding a single contract or purchase order to the lowest priced vendor determined responsible. An active registration in System for Award Management (SAM.gov) and possession of no active exclusions, is required to be eligible for an FAA contract award. A site visit is not offered from this announcement; however, the FAA anticipates conducting a pre-bid site-visit at a later time during the solicitation period. The FAA may set-aside this work to US Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) program participants, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Small Businesses, or any interested vendors regardless of small business status, depending on the responses received from this announcement and the FAA�s reasonable expectation of receiving adequate competition if set-aside.� The Statement of Work (SOW) attached is in draft format and subject to change. Interested vendors are requested to review and provide questions or feedback on the FAA�s current work description within their responses. HOW TO RESPOND TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT The FAA requests interested vendors to provide a response via email and include the following information along with their submission: 1. Capability Statement Which Indicates Your Company is Capable and Interested; SAM Unique Entity Identifier or CAGE Code. 2. What Type of Crane and other Equipment Your Company Would Use to Perform This Work � 3. Availability to Perform the Service During the Month of June 2023 (Please Indicate Dates Available). 4. Previous Contracts and Awards for Similar Services Performed 5. Number of Years in Business 6. Expected programmatic approach (in-house, teaming, subcontracting, etc.) - Respondents must provide their strategy for accomplishing this work.� 7. Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) or budgetary estimate for the items described in the Requirements List. All responses to this market survey must be received by 5:00 p.m. Central Time (Oklahoma Time) on May 31st, 2023.
