Description
This is a Synopsis IAW FAR 5.2 Synopsis of Proposed Contract Actions. This procurement is restricted to those approved companies eligible for call orders under the National Planning and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Services Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for DOI, BLM and USFS with agreement numbers 12318721A0005 through 12318721A0006. RFQ Number: 12441923Q0079 Project Title: Coordinating Tool Coproduction for Adaptive Management, Monitoring, and Analysis -- BPA Call Order Project Description: The objective of the NFS protocol repository is to encourage consistency throughout the NFS in the use of monitoring protocols and methodologies and provide a central location for resource specialists to easily obtain monitoring guidance. The protocol repository will store vetted agency protocols and methods and be organized and searchable by measuring attribute, resource area, and/ or monitoring question. Each protocol and associated methodologies will also have detailed how to guides, analysis tools, and other resources available to aid in their use and implementation. Where applicable downloads for software, datasets, and forms will also be provided. The repository will ensure accuracy, precision, relevance, and replicability through time, location, and organizational change. The repository will regularly be revised to reflect changing agency needs and updated science, technology, and data sources. The NFS repository will serve as an optional tool specialists can use to reduce the amount of time and effort spent on searching and selecting appropriate monitoring protocols to obtain data to aid in the land management decision process. Project Location: This is a Nationwide effort through the Washington Office (WO). PSC: R408 Support � Professional: Program Management and Support Item Description: METI/Wood BPA for EMC-AMMA Co-production of Resources NAICS: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541611 � Administrative Management and General Management Counseling Services. Delivery: The deliverables for this work will be provided to the ordering activity. This BPA is composed Small Businesses. There are currently 2 businesses that will receive this solicitation. The Call Order shall be issued via email to those companies listed on the BPA. Any changes to the Call Order RFP shall also be emailed to those companies listed on the BPA.
