Description: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform integrated solid waste management at Westover Air Reserve Base. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state, and federal regulations. Estimated workload factors are in Appendix A and collection areas are in Appendix B. This contract has a 12 month Base Year with 4 one-year options (See Bid Schedule).
