6/1/2023 The following documents� are uploaded� Amendment 0001 Questions and answers Pre-Conference Site Visit and Attendence� ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- construction contractor shall perform all required actions in�accordance with the design criteria and supporting documents. The interior renovation/fit-out includes Demolition, Wall Assembly�changes, Reflective Ceiling Plan and Sprinkler Layout, Electrical/Data, HVAC modifications, Finishes, audio visual design,�entry card reader access, Life Safety, and Phasing to maintain occupancy throughout construction. The Contractor will perform a wide range of activities, such as:�constructability reviews, cost estimating, work phasing reviews, scheduling and general construction services. The Contractor is at�risk and is responsible for involvement in the project development�and administration of the construction. The Contractor shall have�complete responsibility for all construction related to the project�scope.
