- Request for Information - Content Management Solutions DESCRIPTION THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY ��� This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes � it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future.� Solicitations are not available at this time.� Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response.� This notice does not constitute a commitment by the United States Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever.� All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the United States Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the United States Government.� Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued.� If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the sam.gov.� It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement. INTRODUCTION The U. S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) performing market research on behalf of the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Procurement (ODASA(P)) to identify capable sources that can provide the support services for migrating the ODASA(P) Knowledge Management System (KMS) to the Army�s SharePoint Online (SPO) Solution. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Public Trust and criminal/background investigation is required. All contract employees must be eligible to be entered into DISS. ELIGIBILITY The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 541511 Custom Computer Programming Services, with a Small Business Size Standard of $34M. Businesses of all sizes are encouraged to respond; however, each respondent must clearly identify their business size in their capabilities statement. If you would like to make a suggestion that another NAICS code be considered please state so in your response. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND SUBMISSION DETAILS (CAPABILITIES STATEMENT) Interested parties are requested to submit a capabilities statement of no more than ten (10) pages in length in Times New Roman font of not less than 10 pitch. The deadline for response to this request is no later than noon, EST 15 June 2023. All responses under this Sources Sought Notice must be e-mailed to sabrinna.r.cosom.civ@army.mil This documentation must address at a minimum the following items: 1) What is your firm's intent on this requirement? Providing a proposal as a PRIME ____ SUBCONTRACTING ____ Follow-up to above: What is the interest in TEAMING arrangements? Please indicate whether the intent is to propose under a teaming arrangement, and identify the teaming partner, its role, and size status under this NAICS. ODASA(P) is seeking the following information: This documentation must address at a minimum the following items: Potential Respondents shall describe how they would propose to successfully perform each the following: Migrating a Mixed Knowledge Management Solution Custom Web Development using SharePoint Framework (SPFx) tools Project Management with static timelines Familiarity with the Army�s SPO migration Continuity of Operations Planning Can or has your company managed a task of this nature? If so, please provide details What specific technical skills does your company possess which ensure capability to perform the tasks? Please provide ROM for one year of support and detail what is included. Also, provide any published price lists and/or contract vehicles that you hold to support the ROM. This is for informational purposes only. All respondents are encouraged to provide their Migration Knowledge and capabilities. Your response to this Sources Sought, including any capabilities statement, shall be electronically submitted to the Contracting Officer�s Representative, Sabrinna Cosom, in either Microsoft Word or Portable Document Format (PDF), via email sabrinna.r.cosom.civ@army.mil. All data received in response to this RFI that is marked or designated as corporate or proprietary will be fully protected from any release outside the Government. No phone calls will be accepted. All questions must be submitted in writing to the contact listed above.
