The Government invites industry to review the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and provide capability statements as requested below as well as comments on efficient and/or economical requirements development consistent with industry best practices. I. Disclaimer This is a request for information (RFI) for market research purposes only and your response is not an offer. This RFI does not commit the Government to pay any costs incurred in preparation of any submission to this RFI, or to contract for services. All documents are drafts at this time, and could change substantially if an official request for proposal is issued. Due consideration will be given to all feedback, and any feedback received may be used to revise requirements.
