Description

The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, Northern Navajo Medical Center, located at US Hwy 491 North, Shiprock, New Mexico 87420 has a requirement for the procurement of three (3) Bio-Medical Equipment: Ultra-Portable BMET Pack Professionals w/ Mobilize for the Northern Navajo Medical Center, Bio-Med department. The anticipated delivery date within 90 days from the Date of Award. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 339112 � Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. The Request for Quotations No. IHS1468366 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by 03/31/2023. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need outlined in the statement of work, past performance, and price. Quotes will be due on or by June 15, 2023.
