S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission), intends to make an award, on a sole source basis, to STATACORP LLC, 4905 Lakeway Drive, College Station, Texas 77845-4512, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.� This requirement is for the purchase of a 21-seat network license for StataCorp�s Stata product. Stata is an economic modeling database with proprietary data that is only available through StataCorp . This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations.� A solicitation will not be available for this requirement.� The intent of this announcement is for informational purposes only.� However, any information received within seven days after the posting date of this notice will be considered by the Government.
