Description: SOLICITATION W9128F23R0037 This solicitation is for an IDIQ contract to provide geotechnical laboratory testing commercial GEOTECHNICAL LABORATORY TESTING SERVICES�for�the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Omaha District, Engineering Division, Geotechnical Engineering and�Sciences Branch. The Contract Laboratory shall provide technically valid and legally defensible soil and rock data that will meet the requirements of Engineering Manual (EM) 1110-2-1906, Engineering and Design Laboratory Soils Testing (latest version dated 20 August 1986) as well as current specified American Standard Testing Method (ASTM) standards.
