Description

THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS A SYNOPSIS (SUMMARY). THE SOLICITATION PERTAINING TO THIS NOTICE WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL APPROXIMATELY 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THIS NOTICE. The Army Contracting Command Redstone has a requirement for the acquisition of: 50 lbs. glycidyl azide polymer (GAP) 5527. This requirement will be solicited as a sole source requirement to Mach l Chemicals, 340 East Church Rd King of Prussia, PA, 19406. Mach I is currently the sole distributor for the United States for GAP 5527. Future purchases will perform market research again to see if other distributors become available. Solicitation number W31P4Q-23-Q-0013 is to be a firm fixed price acquisition, in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1). �The corresponding NAICS code for this procurement is 325920. CLIN 0001 will be issued for One (1) order of 50 lbs. glycidyl azide polymer (GAP) 5527. All responsible concerns may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Contract award is anticipated on or about 7 July 2023. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
