- This is a Special Notice. The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), intends to award a sole source Purchase Order to EMS TECHNOLOGIES, LLC pursuant to FAR 13.302, Purchase Orders. All communication regarding this posting shall be in writing and received on or before 10:00 am (ET) June 23, 2023.� Point of contact is Naomi Collier Naomi.Collier@dea.gov. The proposed order is for EMS Preventative Maintenance for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only EMS TECHNOLOGIES, LLC 2134 ESPEY CT STE 5 CROFTON, MD 21114-2437.�The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334512. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
