Description

The G.V. �Sonny� Montgomery VA Medical Center, Facilities Management Service, located at 1500 E.�Woodrow Wilson, Drive, Jackson, MS 39216 is seeking a qualified, experienced contractor to perform the�following services: Arc Flash Hazard Analysis (Five (5) Year, Follow Up, Reoccurring Assessment and�Analysis) of the facility�s electrical distribution system). The Arc Flash Hazard Analysis that is needed is a�reassessment, follow up, recertification analysis that must be performed every five (5) years which��piggybacks� off of the extensive analysis that was conducted five (5) years earlier. Six (6) areas in the facility�s�electrical distribution system have changed since the last study which will require a reassessment. The�remaining, existing structures/areas of the facility�s electrical distribution system have not changed since the�initial assessment. These structures/areas will only require testing (as part of the follow up study) but will not�require a reassessment unless the particular contractor, company, individual, or other party has never�assessed these structures/areas on a previous occasion. This solicitation is set aside 100% for eligible Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB's) as defined by the solicitation. Offers/quotes shall not be accepted from offerors/contractors in other socioeconomic categories.�
