- Notice of Intent to Sole Source JOB HAZARD ANALYSIS SUBSCRIPTIONS - BASE +4 OPTION YEARS This is not a solicitation. This is a notification of an intent to award a single source procurement under NAICS code 541511. The Bureau of Reclamation Acquisition and Operation Branch in Denver, Colorado will solicit and award a sole source, firm fixed price, to small business, Alliant Corporation. Alliant Corporation will provide web-based Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) Software Annual Subscriptions that is compatible with the office�s existing JHA application. The Government believes that only one responsible source can provide this requirement. The determination not to compete this proposed Order was made pursuant to the 10 USC 2304 (c)(1) and Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.106-1(b)(1)(ii), � only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government anticipates award by July 2023. This is the only Notice that will be published. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Delivery: Within 3 business days after award. This notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order is not a request for competitive proposals. However, in accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), all responsible sources that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. Responses to this notice shall contain sufficient information to establish the interested parties' bona-fide capabilities for fulfilling the requirements and include: the Unique Entity ID (UEI), and the Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN). All offerors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov. If firms believe they have the technical capability to meet this need, submit a technical capability statement along with business profile to ConnieAnn Tudela-Kately at ctudelakately@usbr.gov by June 30th, 2023 5:00pm ED. Any information received will be treated as market research information towards future similar or same requirements. Quotations received in response to this notice will not be accepted since this notice is not a request for quotes.
