Description

Medical Readiness Contracting Office - East (MRCO-E), Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Liberty, NC 28310, intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole sourced ��contract with Biolase, Inc. 27042 Towne Centre Dr. Ste 270 Foothill Ranch, CA 92610. �Biolase Inc. will provide a Biolase Waterlase Express Endodontic Laser. Biolase, Inc.is the sole manufacturer and distributor of the Waterlase iPlus Laser in the USA.� Additionally, there are no other company or firm that sells or distributes such items. �Competition is providing the above-named item is precluded by the existence of a patent, copyright, secret process, or monopoly. The solicitation number is W91YTZ23Q0124, and the resulting award will be made on DD Form 1449 (Order for Commercial Items).
