- Description
- 1.���������� Must have access to over 16,000 major brand comics and graphic novels from over 93 publishers 2.���������� Must be able to search collection by title and series 3.���������� Comics must be major brands to include Disney and Marvel�. 4.���������� Comics and graphic novels must be able to be checked out for 30-days 5.���������� Must be able to checkout comics as a volume vs. a single issue 6.���������� Must be able to be accessed/read through a company app or online 7.���������� Must offer a customizable patron interface with library branding 8.���������� Must have Machine Readable Cataloging (MARC) records 9.���������� Must be accessible via one platform 10.�������� Must be able to provide a login system for customers that meets the needs of active-duty users and their dependents as well as retirees Must be able to interface with all four (4) DoD service branch library and Military OneSource websites using industry standard authentication methods to ensure only eligible patrons can access resources from any internet connected computer browsers and mobile devices 11.�������� Must work with contract point-of-contact to establish authentication methods to provide optimal accessibility for all eligible patrons 12.�������� Security between the Website and server must be Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.3 13.�������� Must be able to supply or allow retrieval of database usage statistics by Branch of Service (Air Force, Army, Marine Corps, Military OneSource/Other, and Navy) 14.�������� Must have HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) with long duration deployed on the servers to mitigate/prevent man-in-the-middle attacks 15.�������� Website certificates should be RSA 2048-bits (SHA256withRSA)
