Introduction: THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY � This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes, as a means for the Government to conduct market research, identifying interested parties and their capability to provide a Brand Name or Equal, Surveillance Camera System and all necessary parts capable of live streaming and recording video. Responses to this notice will be considered and will help the Government determine potential small business set-asides. 2. Delivery Locations: Florida National Guard Counterdrug Program, 5629 SR 16 W, Bldg 2003, Starke, FL 32091 3. Disclaimer: This notice does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue a RFQ in the future. Solicitation information is not available at this time. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the United States Government to contract for any service whatsoever.� All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the United States Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the United States Government. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if any is issued. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement.� 4. Contractor Capability: All interested firms shall submit a capabilities package that explicitly demonstrates their capability to provide the required commodities. The capabilities package should be brief and concise, yet clearly demonstrate an ability to meet the stated requirements. 5. Responses to Notice: Responses to this notice shall be limited to three pages and submitted on SAM.gov or by email to Contracting Officer, Jeff Moore (Jeffrey.d.moore14.mil@army.mil). Email shall contain a subject line that reads ""W911YN23QZ0041, Surveillance Camera System"". Ensure only .pdf, .doc, .docx, .xsls or .xls documents are attached to your email. Responses are due no later than Thursday, 10 AUG 2023 by 3pm Eastern Standard Time. Any questions may be directed to the point of contact listed above. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 334310 - Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing, with a Small Business Size Standard of 750 Employees. The Product Service Code is 5836. Businesses of all sizes are encouraged to respond; however, each respondent must clearly identify their business size in their response under the applicable NAICS of 334310. Respondents shall not be obligated to provide the services/items described herein. Responses from interested vendors should address the confirmation that your company can provide the following Brand Name or Equal requested items: Six (6) each Intellicam, LLC, (CAGE: 69BP3) System X2 Professional Dual Camera Flashback 4 with GSM/LTE 2 Channel Streaming Video Or equal items must meet the following salient characteristics: The Surveillance System should include a Flashback 4G. Digital Video Recorder, 3G/4G GSM/LTE Quad Band Modem, and RX Receiver Module integrated into a compact weatherproof case. The system should include at least one Low Light Camera and at least one armored video cable, and accessories. The system should accommodate up to 4 cameras with options such as low light, color, long range, and thermal. All videos should be time date stamped. The system should be capable of live streaming and recording video. The system should also be controlled and activated via sensor alarms or SMS text commands, capable of notifying the operator when activity is present. The system should be able to stay in the 'off' mode until a sensor is triggered and send a signal to the RX Receiver to start recording video. The sensor should be able to automatically adjust to environmental changes to reduce potential false triggers. The detection range for the Surveillance System needs to be at least 60� for humans and 150� for vehicles. The battery needs to be rechargeable 10 and have a life of at least 30 days or 10 hours of streaming. The system should be capable of using removeable SD Memory Cards. The flashback streaming should be 4G AT&T/T-Mobile/Verizon LTE. The ICAM Control Modem 3G AT&T/T-Mobile GSM only. Provide company socio-economic status (i.e. Small, Small Disadvantages Women-Owned, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, etc.) under identified NAICS and company profile to include, CAGE Code, DUNs number.� Also, please provide the GSA contract number and SIN the products are available under, if applicable.
