Description

The Contractor shall provide recent orthoimagery for many USDA agency applications including NRCS (Conservation Desktop, Soil Survey, Urban Agricultural) and FSA (MIDAS).� Two types of satellite imagery are required, 1) large geographical areas from archived satellite imagery, and 2) recent satellite imagery of selective areas of interest.� Minimum End User License Agreements (EULA) are also required. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and labor required to plan, manage, and process the high-resolution satellite imagery requests for the following tasks:�� Task #1 - Base Year - 30cm Vivid Standard for Alaska Task #2 - Base Year - Multi-Spectral (8) Map Ready Recent Orthoimagery Task #3 -�Option Year - 30cm Vivid Standard for Area TBD Task #4 - Option Year - Multi-Spectral (8) Map Ready Recent Orthoimagery Product License: Minimum End User License Agreement (EULA) The following is the End User License Agreement requirements by USDA for all tasks in this SOW.� Distribute licensed data to all Federal/State/Local/Tribal government, Universities, Non-Profit Organizations, and cooperators. Contractor grants perpetual license to USDA and the organizations listed above. Satellite data can be used in all reports, presentations, training materials, books, posters, and blogs. Websites and social media.� Media EULA Uplift for public display of Web Map Services of Spaceborne. Public facing US Governments website must add copyright notice. Public facing websites would not allow downloading of the original received licensed imagery data from satellite contractor. Third parties such as ESRI and Microsoft would be excluded from the EULA
