- Fermi Research Alliance (FRA) requests a firm fixed price quotation for the servers in accordance with the specifications and terms and Conditions referenced below and attached. Servers: �� Qty of 13 Servers with the following specifications: Dual Socket AMD EPYC 7003 GPU Server requirements: QTY (2) AMD 7003 series processors, minimum 32 cores / 64 threads, minimum 2.80GHz base clock 512 GB ECC RAM 10 x PCIe Gen4 x16 slots QTY (2) Micron 960 5300 PRO (SYSTEM MIRROR on raid card) QTY (1) 7.68TB 2.5� Datacenter SSD � Data Intel 100GE network adapter with QSFP optics recommended by card manufacturer (Intel) 2 x NVIDIA A100 80GB PCIe GPUs with�NV Link�Bridge Assembly/Configuration/Testing with either Red hat Enterprise Linux 9 Alma Linux 9 Rocky Linux 9 Five Year Parts Repair/Replacement with On-Site Labor Warranty IPMI configured with specified IP�s and single password Vendor requests IP�s when building Spreadsheet of names, IP�s, and MAC�s of ALL interfaces. Vendor requests names when building All machines must be labelled front and back with machine names. ��� Must provide Red Hat and ISO 9001-2006 certification Vendor will configure IPMI interfaces with specified IPs and a single password, provided.� Fermilab will provide the IPs and password at build time. Vendor shall provide a spreadsheet mapping system names, serial numbers, IPs of all interfaces, and MACs of all interfaces. Fermilab will provide system names and IP addresses at build time. Vendor shall label all machines, front and back, with the machine name. �������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������� Page 2 of 3 All motherboards supplied by the vendor must have the same version of all embedded firmware (BIOS, BMC, Ethernet, InfiniBand, disk drives, etc.).� All compute servers must have their BIOS parameters configured and specified by Fermilab.� All compute servers must have IPMI parameters, including IP addresses, configured as specified by Femilab; all IPMI sensor data repositories (SDR�s) must be preloaded loaded so that sensor data (temperatures, fan speeds, voltages) can be read via IPMI from each compute server.� All compute servers must have BIOS serial redirect configured to allow access to the BIOS screens using serial over LAN; serial redirect should be configured to �always� (i.e., not just during POST). All manufacturers specified must be used unless specifically identified or a request for an alternate is requested and approved.� Parts not supported in the OS installation kernel and part of the distribution of the OS will be considered unacceptable. ���������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������� Page 3 of 3 Freight Terms:� FOB Destination � Fermilab Batavia, IL.� All freight charges must be included in the quotation.
