Description: The Department of Justice, Washington DC intends to procure via sole source from Transformational Security, LLC an In-Place Monitoring System.� The desired solution can only be obtained from Transformational Security, LLC.� This notice is not a request for proposals.� No solicitation document is available.� No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice.� A Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) was approved for this action.� Please see attached JOFOC for additional information.� This item has been determined to be a commercial item applicable to FAR Part 12, and this notice is published in accordance with the rules in FAR Part 5 & 13.� The Contracting Officer has determined a response time of 5 days.� Responses submitted after the established response date may not be considered.
