Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number W50S8N-23-Q-0013, in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13, and is in accordance with provisions and clauses effective in Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2022-04 effective 02 June 2023). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 541618 and the small business size standard is $19M.� The proposed acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. Requirement: Medical Technician Assistant CLIN 0001 � (Base Year) Perform Medical Technician Assistant duties as needed to support EADS and the NORAD Aerospace Warning and Control mission as described in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). CLIN 0101 � Option Year 1 DESCRIPTION OF WORK: In Accordance With (IAW) the attached PWS. - Period of Performance is 365 days - Award will be based on lowest price.� - Wage Determination 2015-4165 Rev 23 dated 30 June 2023.
