Description: Approximately 1,500 to 2,000 SF - Approximately 12-15 parking stalls - Within 20 mile radius of Knoxville/Oak Ridge Area - Infrastructure for broadband / fiber optic service It would be ideal if the facility had: - At least one office (we will build if needed) - One conference room for 12-15 people (we will build if needed) - Two restrooms (men's and women's) - Desks and cubicles (we will rent/buy furniture if needed)
