PROPOSED SET ASIDE: 100% Small CONTRACTING OFFICE:� USDA Forest Service Procurement & Property Services (PPS) Field Procurement Operations (FPO) East Zone POINT OF CONTACT: Julie Nawrozzada, Contract Specialist, juricka.nawrozzada@usda.gov PLACE OF PERFORMANCE:� The White Mountain National Forest, Lincoln, NH PLACE OF PERFORMANCE POSTAL CODE: 03223 PLACE OF PERFORMANCE COUNTRY:� USA TITLE OF PROJECT:� Lincoln Woods Solar Power System Replacement PROPOSED SOLICITATION ISSUE DATE:� Estimated on or about 9/5/2023 DESCRIPTION:� The Contractor shall provide all expertise, labor, supervision, services, equipment, tools, supplies, transportation, traffic control, and incidentals necessary to remove and replace the solar power systems at the Lincoln Woods Visitor Information Center. Optional Item 1: Remove and dispose of existing solar system at Visitor Center cabin and install AC power from controller building to Visitor Center cabin electrical panel. CONTRACT TYPE:� It is anticipated that a stand-alone firm-fixed price construction contract will be awarded. ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE:� Between $25,000 and $100,000 ESTIMATED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE:� 90 days from issuance of Notice to Proceed Proposal receipt date is not known at this time. The actual date will be established in the solicitation documents. A pre-proposal meeting may be scheduled, and the date/location will be noted in the solicitation. GENERAL: Vendors can search for opportunities and award history on www.sam.gov. Prospective offerors desiring to conduct business with the FS are required to have an active registration in the Systems for Awards Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. You are also required to have a Unique Entity ID (UEI) number to conduct business with the Federal Government. This pre-solicitation announcement is not a solicitation document, but pre-notice of an upcoming solicitation.
