Description: The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) has a requirement for the manufacturing and delivery of Ammonium Perchlorate in accordance with Local Specification MIL-A-82667/2 (3). NSWC IHD intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis to American Pacific Corporation, located at 10622 W 6400 N Cedar City, Utah 84721-9016. The NAICS code is 325180 and the PSC is 2845. THIS IS NOT AN INVITATION FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 USC 2304(C)(1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.�
