- Description
- MCI-East Cherry Point Satellite Contracting Office aboard MCAS Cherry Point, NC has a requirement to procure ALYNX-48050-G2 LYNX 2, 48V 5kWh LFP Batteries to support Range Management Depertment at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point NC. It is the Government's intention to issue a firm-fixed price contract.� The proposed acquisition is� 100% set aside for Small Business concerns.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 335910. The Government will solicit and award this contract using simplified acquisition procedures.� The solicitation, (No. M6700123Q1275) will be posted and made available on Contract Opportunities.� It is the responsibility of the quoter to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments.� Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered with the SAM website accessed through https://sam.gov.� Contractor must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete them at the SAM website as well.� All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE code).� Contractors must be registered with Wide Area Workflow at https://piee.eb.mil in order to invoice the Government and accept payment. All questions relating to this requirement must be addressed to the Contracting Department, Contract Specialist via email to bobbi.webster@usmc.mil by 2:00 P.M. (EDT) 23 August 2023, which will be answered by the posting of an amendment.� Any questions received after the stated deadline will not be addressed. All responsible small business sources may submit a quotation and will be considered.
