Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) intends to or anticipates awarding fixed-price purchase order for the renewal of HYPACK license maintenance. This requirement will�greatly reduce the number of USACE license maintenance contract actions from over 80 down to one. This will benefit the enterprise in multiple ways, including reduced time spent managing many contracts, allow for leveraging economies of scale in negotiation and bring all Districts up to current with software licensing in accordance with CIO/G6 software versioning requirements. HYPACK licenses are proprietary software.� This notice will be posted for fifteen (15) days.� �Following this notice, a solicitation notice will be published at SAM.gov with an anticipated award date of 15 September 2023.
