Description

1. The United States Coast Guard Special Missions Training Center, Camp Lejeune, NC intends to negotiate a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) to InVeris Training Solutions, INC 296 Brogdon RD Suwanee, Georgia 30024-8615. 2. The purpose of this acquisition is to award a sole source Firm Fixed-Price Purchase Oder to InVeris Training Solutions for the purchase of simulated weapons maintenance and repair extended warranty service. Only one source can provide the supplies at the level of quality required because the supplies are unique and highly specialized. USCG intends to procure a Sole Source Justification for Other Than Full and Open in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, the service provider is unique, highly specialized, and equipment used at unit is propriety to InVeris Training Solutions. 3. This notice serves as both a synopsis of the requirement and public notice of the USCG�s intent to sole source. A determination by the Government to not complete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this noticed is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government does not intend to pay for information provided in response to this notice. Written responses to this notice shall be sufficient documentation to establish a bona fide capability to fulfill this requirement. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation to be considered by the agency. All responses to this posting must be in writing via the https://sam.gov. By Aug 30, 2023, Time: 1100 EST and reference no. 6200PR230000187. If the Agency does not receive an acceptable response to this announcement by the specified date, negotiations will be conducted with InVeris Training Solutions, as the only source and delivery order will be issued without any additional notices being posted.
