Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance�with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information�included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number�SP4703-23-R-0014 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document�and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24. This acquisition will be procured other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C.�2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 �Only one Responsible Source and no other�supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements�. The North American Industry�Classification System (NAICS) Code is 333517. The small business size standard is 500�Employees. This is a firm fixed-price (FFP) Contract. DLA requires the purchase of CleanLASER CL1000 Beam Switch Laser System for DLA�Aviation IPE, Mechanicsburg NSA, PA requirements. Refer to attached Specifications for�further details, a Requirement Overview is attached within the solicitation.� Award will be made on a sole source basis to Adapt Laser Systems LLC (3PRL2).�The Justification for other than full and open (J&A) is attached. However, any�interested vendor may contact the Contract Specialist for any questions or additional information. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to�award. If not already registered in SAM, go to System for Award Management (SAM)�website www.sam.gov to register prior to submitting your quote. All inquiries must be submitted 5 working days prior to closing date. Proposals are due on September 27, 2023 at 2:00 PM, EST.
