Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, Agency number 140R6023Q0071 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04. This solicitation is a Total Small Business set-aside in accordance with FAR Part 19. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 212321 Construction Sand and Gravel Mining; PSC is 5610 Mineral Construction Materials, Bulk, with a business size standard of 500 employees. This supply requirement is for the delivery of Rip Rap and Gravel with Material Specifications in accordance with MDT Standard and Supplemental Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, 2020 Edition V3.1. Rip Rap 4,500 Tons Gravel 800 Tons Full solicitation details are contained within the attachment. Full supply requirements are contained in Section C - Statement of Work. Please review these requirements fully prior to submitting a quotation. Section B - Price Schedule shall be completed as part of the contractor quotation. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition and outlines the specific evaluation criteria in paragraph (a) of that provision. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition (see attached Clauses & Provisions list for additional FAR clauses cited in this clause that are applicable to this acquisition).
