- Description
- The Hazard Prediction and Assessment Capability (HPAC) is a stateof- the-art chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRN) hazard prediction tool produced by the DTRA Research and Development (RD) Enterprise. HPAC provides hazard area and effects predictions via a software platform that integrates source term models, weather observations and high resolution numerical weather prediction data, atmospheric transport and dispersion simulations, and estimates of effects to humans. The posting reflects the Exception to Fair Opportunity justification for the subject task order to add two addtional CLINs for to allow for the task order to continue work thru five years.
