Questions are to be emailed to raquele.darden@us.af.mil and 81CONS.LGCB.Construction@us.af.mil by Monday, 14 August 2023 12:00 PM CST. *********************************************************************************************************************** Update 08 August 2023: The Pre-bid site visit time has changed from 09:00 - 10:00 AM to 09:30 - 10:30 AM on Wednesday, 09 August 2023. *********************************************************************************************************************** The Magnitude of the proposed construction is between $250,000 and $500,000.00. This acquisition is being issued as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside. Enter price in Section B.� All amendments to this solicitation (if any) must be acknowledged. An organized site visit has been set for Wednesday, 09 August 2023 at 9:00 a.m. CST.� In order to gain access to the base to attend the site visit you must have a valid driver's license/identification card, valid registration for any vehicle you will be operating, and proof of insurance.� Specific instructions in 52.236-27 (Construction). Your attention is directed to Section L for Proposal Preperation and Section M for Evaluation Factors for Award.
