Description

Reference#: HT941023N0109 The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) Western Markets - Contracting Division (WM-CD) on behalf of Naval Medical Center San Diego (NMCSD) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis (IAW FAR 13.501(a), Only One Responsible Source. The proposed source is Belimed Inc., the originator of the equipment and the sole authorized servicer of the preventive maintenance of the Belimed Sterilizer and Washer units. Sterile Processing Division at NMCSD has a requirement for full maintenance services with chamber, washer and cart cleanings as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. This requirement has period of performance from 30 September 2023 to 31 March 2024. There are no set-aside restrictions for this requirement.� The intended procurement will be classified under North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) 811210.� This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for this requirement.� However, parties interested in responding to this notice will need to submit technical data sufficient to determine capability in providing the same product.� All capability statements received by the closing date of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.� A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
