Description: The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to award a sole source order to purchase the print annual subscription renewals of books/ supplemental material from CCH Incorporated for the IRS Chief Counsel Library and Associate Offices. The authority permitting a Sole Source Acquisition is FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. The period of performance will be from the date of award to 12/31/2023. According to market research conducted, CCH is the only source that provides 2023 print subscriptions for in-depth tax-related research resources.
