Description

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and the Office of Satellite and Product Operations (OSPO) has a requirement for hand-held spectrum analyzers. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be issued. This requirement is being procured under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 334515, �Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing Electricity and Electrical Signals� with a size standard of 750 employees. This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the procedures set forth in FAR Parts 12 and 13. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside for a Brand Name or Equal product with the brand name of �Rohde & Schwarz USA.� The Government anticipates a firm fixed price award as a result of this solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
