Description: USARPAC requirement is to procure the Exportable Combat Training Capability (XCTC) program to provide visual modification (VISMOD) platforms to replicate a near-peer Opposing Force (OPFOR) during an XCTC rotation. The VISMOD is a tactical training device used to simulate and incorporate the visual and acoustic effects of a tank and an armored personnel carrier (APC) used during military field training at XCTC rotations.
