This is a ""REQUEST FOR INFORMATION"" only. This Sources Sought Notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. It is neither a solicitation announcement nor a request for proposals or quotes and does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. Responses to this Sources Sought must be in writing. The Chalmers P. Wiley VAACC 420 N James Rd, Columbus, OH 43219 is conducting market research to locate contractors who provide Preventative Maintenance (PM) program for BD Alaris Carefusion Pumps. BD Alaris system contract agreement will support the Columbus VA-ACC facility ongoing BD support services, Alaris infusion pump data reporting, software management and education and onsite clinical support for new software releases. BD is exclusive manufacturer of Alaris® products and software including Guardrails® Point-of-Care Software, Alaris® Pump Module, Alaris® Syringe Module, Alaris® PCA Module and Next Generation Alaris® PC Unit. All services provided would be performed in conformance with the National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Original Equipment Manufacturer standards and specifications and any other authority having jurisdiction over the VA Central Ohio Healthcare System. **PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A NEW SYSTEMS ACQUISITION. THIS IS SIMPLY TO PROVIDE PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE ON SYSTEMS ALREADY OWNED BY THE COLUMBUS VAACC** The NAICS Code is 811210 - Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance with a Small Business size standard of $34 million. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement. In response, please provide at minimum: Company name and address, POC information, System for Award Management (SAM) UEI number, Socioeconomic category (SDVOSB, VOSB, WOSB, 8a, Small Business or Large Business). Additionally, please provide a GSA contract number if these services are offered on Federal Supply Schedule. This is not a solicitation.
