The Department of Justice (DOJ),�Procurement Services Staff (PSS), on behalf the Justice Management Division (JMD), Security and Emergency Programs Staff (SEPS), under�the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), Soliciting from a Single Source, intends to award a sole source�purchase order to Rapiscan Systems, Inc., 2805 Columbia Street, Torrance CA for maintenance�services on its Rapiscan X-ray scanners that are installed in several DOJ. Rapiscan is the only vendor�that can provide maintenance on these scanners. This is not a request for quotations and no�solicitation will be issued as a result of this notice.
